Abstract :
This paper describes a miniaturized 4 GHz bandpass filter using microstrip line structure. A high dielectric constant substrate has been adopted to realize small chip size. A precise planar bandpass filter has been fabricated using the photolithographic technique. A wide bandwidth of 650 MHz with 2.8 dB insertion loss and over 40 dB attenuation were achieved with chip size of 3.8×2.2 mm
