Abstract :
A management system for the low voltage networks must enable the customer to be informed and the planner´s objectives to be met. With regard to the planner, the maximal voltage drop on the LV networks and the compliance with the admissible load flow in the structures are the major two requirements to be complied with. At Electricite de France, a computerised system has been developed. It consists of: a technical database (GDO-BT) which contains the physical characteristics of the networks and, for each customer, information issued from the billing files; a statistical computation model (BAGHEERA) to evaluate the electrical variables of the service quality; and the design software programs (CRIT-BT, INVEST-BT, PANTER-BT) enabling the management and planning of LV networks. To complement this statistical approach of the network planning, it may be necessary in some specific cases to make measurements in MV/LV substation. The TILT software program enabling the processing of measured data is presented. Its completion is currently in progress
