Abstract :
The recently proposed modified PML (MPML) absorbing boundary condition (ABC) has been proved to be very efficient in absorbing propagating and evanescent waves in lossless media. In this paper, MPML is extended to the case of lossy media. The numerical experiment shows that MPML is also effective in terminating the loss media
