Abstract :
The robust ℋ almost disturbance decoupling problem, i.e. an ℋ almost disturbance decoupling problem along with an additional ℋ side constraint, is considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions for solvability of this problem are given in terms of solvability of an algebraic equation and an ℋ constrained problem. Explicit controller design algorithms are derived, utilizing the necessary and sufficient conditions
