  • Abstract
    A sensitivity analysis versus process parameter dispersion of a low-power phase detector for multi-Gb/s receivers has been carried out. Modifications to this topology of phase detector based on a controlled C 3A differentiator are presented to increase the accuracy. The proposed topology lowers the systematic phase error under parameter and temperature variations
