Abstract
Summary form only given. Computer Aided Engineering tools can be particularly useful for simulating and designing power amplifiers. This presentation outlines some of the simulations that can be carried out and includes a number simulation results. Power amplifier design often can be enhanced by nonlinear simulation, provided that an accurate model is available, which is assumed here.
