A Strategy Research on Specialty Provision and Adjustment of Universities in Hebei Province Based on Regional Economic Revitalization

Specialty provision and adjustment of universities are directly related to regional talent structure, talent resources competitiveness and the regional economic development. With implementing the strategy of promoting region economy, problems of specialty provision and adjustment of universities are more and more projecting. This paper will propose some appropriate principles and strategies by analyzing the current problems and coming with the talent demand based on the macro economic development environment in Hebei province, so as to adapt to new economic development situation, promote economic construction forward.
