Abstract
As a new type of management pattern, “cluster supply chain(CSC)” can help SMEs to face the global challenges through all kinds of collaboration. However, A major challenge in implementing CSC is the gap between theory and practice in the field. Based on the background, this paper presents an analytic framework, which integrates methods from value network modeling, agent oriented modeling and service oriented analysis &design. In order to illustrate the application of the framework in the construction and development of cluster supply chain, a case study of China textile and garment industry is given in detail.
