Abstract :
A visual diagnosis method for flexible CNC manufacturing condition monitoring is proposed based on multi-feature space mapping. First, the generalized sensor space and the observable feature vector are analyzed and extracted. Second, based on image processing technologies, the method for establishing clustering fusion model of complex condition is developed. At last, the visual multi-feature clustering fusion model is established. The model works quickly and accurately.
