Abstract :
The paper gives an overview of the current situation the quality assessment of teacher training, and meanwhile, it also points out several disadvantageous aspects of traditional teacher training´s quality assessment, which includes normative, accuracy, reliability and efficiency etc. For these shortcomings, we designed a distributed quality evaluation system for teacher training with the help of J2EE technology. This paper gives out the overall structure of the system, the detailed information about the system features modular design, workflow systems as well as key technologies for the system. In the system, the general framework is mainly build on the basis of EJB technology, with a distributed component architecture and support for Web-based client-side technology. It can better improve the system performance.
