  • Abstract
    A new type 2F (fluid and fixed) complex anaerobic hydrolysis reactor is designed. Tracer agent is used firstly to see about commixed characteristic of the reactor. The result shows that liquid commixed time is about 30 s. In start-up experiment, the system reaches domestication stage in 25 days and reaches mature stage in 45 days by using activated sludge. Study on the azo dyeing wastewater treatment by the 2F reactor shows: when the HRT is between 3 to 4 hours, the hydraulic loading is between 1.25 to 1.63 m3/(m2.h), MLVSS is about 20 g/L, reflux ratio is 0.5, the system average COD removal efficiency is 55%, the average dye removal efficiency is 60%, the effluent from 2F reactor can meet the demand of influent water in aerobic process.
