Abstract :
A global stabilization problem for linear and non-linear control systems is considered. First the author studies an auxiliary control system with a full-dimensional set of controls. In many cases a global stabilizer for such systems can be found in an analytical form. Then the author constructs a local stabilizer that keeps trajectories of the original system in the vicinity of a solution to the auxiliary system
