Abstract :
The new portable compressor was designed and manufactured. Volume and its weight of The new portable compressor are little, and its efficiency is high. Three-dimensional model of the new portable compressor is Established. Forces principle of air compressor and load moment are analysised. The measure reciprocating inertial force of the new portable compressor is analysised and Controlled. Simulation Model of The new portable compressor is built up in Simulink of Matlab. Rotate speed of two compressor and current of two compressor are Simulated. The Current of opposed type is much more than that of contraposition type. The half of horizontal reciprocating inertial force is transferred to the perpendicularity, which can reduce the vibration horizontal vibration, so that reduce the vibration of the direct-drive air compressor. The test is done. The result shows that rotate speed fluctuate of dual- same movement pistons compressor is less. The efficiency of opposed type compressor is much higher than that of dual- same compressor.
