Abstract :
By reserching the causes and forms of aeroengine´s wear faults, the relation aeroengine´s wear fault messages and extension theory were discovered. Extension set theory was applied to research the aeroengine´s wear faults from the qualitative and quantitative aspect. An extension diagnosis method which can judge the type and degree of aeroengine´s wear fault was established in the same time. The practical of this diagnosis method were validated by making the metal elements in aeroengine´s oil as the character parameters of wear fault.
