Title :
Arbitrary waveform generation with high repetition rate optical frequency combs
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
I discuss experiments in which individual spectral lines of high repetition rate optical frequency combs are independently manipulated. New characterization techniques for the resulting optical arbitrary waveforms, and applications to measurement of fiber dispersion and radio-frequency arbitrary waveform generation, are described.
