Abstract :
We analysis the strengths and weaknesses of varies evaluation methods and decide to adopt the combined weight improved grey relation analysis model for the problem of technological innovation capability evaluation of the national-recognized enterprise technology center. Integration of subjective AHP and objective entropy weight, both avoid man-made one-sided subjective, but also give enough attention on the expert advice. Finally, a numerical example illustrates the application of our approach.At the end of the dissertation, the validity of this scheme is proved by comparing the result to the corresponding authoritative evaluation result promulgated by the government.
