Abstract :
Virtual reality as a new integrated information technology, whose high-dimensional expression of mass information capacity will fully play its role on the coal mine industry, will greatly impact on mine production management methods and decision-making ideas of mine professional. This paper studies how to apply the virtual reality platform VRP to create virtual mine system suitable for business needs of the coal mines. It introduces the main framework of virtual mine system,the database establishment of coal production technology, modeling of virtual mine scene, and so on. Pang Zhuang Coal Mine Virtual Mine system which is developed by these methods realizes real time display and dynamic simulation of all kinds of geological structure and artificial structures and obtained the preliminary application.
