Cognitive psychology´s learning theory focus on applying learning theory to practice in education. Gagne´s cognitive learning theory presents the entire process of information processing and information extraction. Under information processing theory and problem-solving strategies of cognitive psychology´s guidance, teachers should emphasize the researches of cognitive structure of students. Teachers play a leading role in helping students to build a new knowledge system, extract effective information and train the students´ learning competence, applying skills and innovative abilities.
