Abstract :
Combining with virtual instrument technology and fault diagnosis techniques, a visualized fault diagnosis system based on virtual instrument was established under the VR environment. Firstly, the implementation of virtual instrument and the construction method of some relevant static and dynamic components were put forward. Secondly the simulation on the fault diagnosis process was accomplished by means of knowledge-based visualized component. Then the fault symptoms was displayed through virtual instrument and the diagnosis was more directly perceived through fault diagnosis training with operation. Finally, avisualized fault diagnosis was conducted through taking aircraft air condition system as an example, the actual fault detection and removed process was simulated and the intended goal was achieved.
