  • Abstract
    Amazing at the demand of adaptive control in laser cutting, the adaptive control based on fuzzy PID is researched in this paper. A new fuzzy PID control method is designed to achieve adaptive control of laser cutting. In the new method, laser cutting power is considered as constraints, and the fuzzy PID control is introduced. Also, the details of specific control algorithm are explained in this paper. Compared with traditional PID control method, simulation results show that the new fuzzy controller has high efficiency, high control precision, and good robustness. So it can fully meet the purpose of improving the efficiency of laser cutting.
