Abstract :
In view of the 1st-order dynamic process with the disturbance of ARIMA(0,1,1), the effect of special cause is analyzed and an economic design of integrating SPC and APC based on quality statistical properties is given. Through this method the operating cost is minimum and the required statistical properties are thought concurrently. These research results may provide some theoretical basis for the design of variance EWMA control.
