Abstract :
A new low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) system has been developed based on alumina filled glass, designed for ease of processing and cofired silver compatibility. Microwave loss measured on ring resonators show low attenuation in the 1-23 GHz range. The properties are suitable for many high frequency circuit applications
