            Abstract : 
The in-building localization schemes that demand less device constraints, low cost and low energy consume, have became the main direction of the localization in wireless sensor ECG system. Considered of practical application in wireless ECG care system, this paper adopts RADAR as localization method of wireless ECG system, introduces an improved in-building localization and tracking strategy to improve RADAR of adjusting to the effluence of environment factors. Finally, implement the algorithm in WSN research platform, which is proved effectively.
