Abstract
This paper proposes an experimental and analytical technique, which overcomes the shortcomings of the existing methods for estimating the parameters of single-phase induction machines. The parameters estimated with the new technique have led generally to better and qualitative prediction of the steady state and dynamic behavior of the machine
