Abstract :
In order to get the satisfactory consistency of the judgment matrix A in AHP, an existing algorithm was modified and an interactive new algorithm was got. Through the introduction of binary variable δij, a new non-linear programming model was created. And then the data αij was obtained using the model. The former is used to correct its deviation in the matrix A. The analysis shows that the interactive algorithm incorporates the mechanical and subjective thoughts, keeping the advantages and avoiding the shortcomings. It can not only realize the satisfactory consistency of the judgment matrix, but also have humanities, meeting the subjective will of the decision-maker. The algorithm can improve the consistency of the judgment matrix; at the same time, it is the promotion of algorithm provided by the paper of [2], having a universal nature.
