Abstract :
Presented in this paper are the results of design of wideband semiconductor switches and limiters for 8-mm waveband on the basis of waveguide-slot line. Operating range of devices designed -26...40 GHz, operating pulse power -100...200 W, continuous (average) operating power -2...3 W. Switchers attenuation - not less than 35 dB, maximum leakage pulse power of the limiter - 20 mW at the most, switchers and limiters operating speed - 100 ns and 300 ns, respectively.
