  • Abstract
    We propose a training sequence based time-reversed space-time block coding (TR-STBC) system for single carrier transmission through frequency selective fading channels. This system can achieve both multipath gain and diversity gain. It also offers an alternative to estimate the channels through training sequences padded between symbol blocks. The performance of the proposed communication scheme is evaluated theoretically as well as through simulations.
