Abstract :
Microscopic image acquisition process of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) could be affected by the influence of the different conditions, such as CHM samples defiled, microscopic producer of mobile, collection site light not equal, this often make microscopic images of CHM for become blurred or introducing noise. In this paper, microscopic images of CHM are blurred using blind deconvolution algorithm (BDA) combined with the related filter in the case of the point spread function is unknown or uncertain. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively perform blind image restoration, maintained good image detail, the recovery is more effective than traditional BDA, and provide a guarantee to its subsequent processing.
