Abstract :
Today, mobile Learning (mLearning) plays an even more important role in our life because of the rapid development of handheld mobile devices and the third generation wireless networks technologies. This has lead to the development of various platforms for mLearning. Here we introduce the design and implementation of a multi-streaming mLearning platform designed specially for iPhone. This platform is innovative in the following aspects: First, Multi-streaming contains screen, audio, and video, which can be sent by web services according to the bandwidth of the Learner. Second, there are several modules for M-Learners to choose for showing those multi-streaming on their devices. Third we added study note, comments, and questions to increase interactivity among learners.
