Abstract
The CORDIC algorithm is a special purpose algorithm which can get an accurate result for trigonometric and hyperbolic functions with a limited number of simple iteration. We modify the classic algorithm to reduce the number of iterations which reduces rounding noise. The modified algorithm is illustrated and simulation results are presented
