Abstract
This paper presents efficient methods that are suitable for sampling in a multi-test environment. The methods are based on established continuous sampling plan (CSP) procedures. The advanced approach presented improves the usability and efficiency of the plans and makes them an excellent alternative for application in functional board testing. The experimental results achieved with the advanced approach are compared to common CSP procedures in terms of efficiency and stability.
