Abstract :
The enterprise culture is the combination product of National Conditions, national culture and enterprise management practice. In this paper, the author has offered the proposals for the construction of modern enterprise culture based on the Chinese traditional culture after analyzed the distinguishing features of American enterprise culture and Chinese enterprise culture as well as its relationship between national conditions national culture.
