    Characteristics of extensive production and management of resources of high energy consumption and pollution emissions caused by small and medium enterprises, SMEs for short, in China lead to an enormous waste of resources and environmental pollution. Developing recycling economy model is the strategic choice of Chinese SMEs In the sustainable development concept to guide the larger environment. We provide reliable protection for small and medium enterprises development of circular economy and must rely on the Government´s lead and supervise, guide by market mechanism, support the establishment and improvement of system through the development of circular economy of SMEs technical, and establish a cycle of economic sense of producers and consumers.
