The construction of ecological civilization and modern industrial system is as two sides of a coin. To construct a modern industrial system is not only the overall requirements of seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China which put forward for development of Chinese industrial, but also much-needed study for developing a higher level of economic currently. This paper analyzes the relation of ecological civilization and the ecological ethics, then explore the ecologic connotation of modern industrial system, at last point out the ways to build modern industrial system.
