  • Abstract
    Theoretical and experimental study of the micro wave phase-shifting lines periodically loaded by ferroelectric BaSrTiO3 film capacitances included in parallel or in series is presented. Analysis of dispersion characteristics of similar lines demonstrates the possibility to design the ferroelectric phase shifters with the parasitic amplitude modulation radically sup pressed and the improved thermostability. Theoretical approach is confirmed by the experimental testing of different types of ferroelectric phase-shifters of ka frequency band
