Abstract :
We proposed a new method for measurements on thin cortical bone using clinical CT. The accuracy was estimated using a phantom and was demonstrated to be sufficient in the measurements of cortical density, thickness and cortical mass thickness when the thickness was above 1 mm with the use of a high resolution reconstruction kernel
