Abstract :
Presented in this paper are results of experimental research of discharge processes in water solutions with impurities under the influence of electrical current. Several developmental stages of discharge processes accompanied by both emissions of electrically charged plasmoids from water medium and electromagnetic radiation with hard quantum are detected. The qualitative model explaining observed phenomena is also given
