Abstract :
Due to the bad performance of ball mill load control by grinding sound in the blending process of sintering alumina production, a three-variable weighted fuzzy control algorithm is proposed, which control the mill load through grinding sound, bearing vibration and motor current. The three-variable weighted fuzzy algorithm, weighted fuzzy controller structure and its implementation are studied in this paper. The simulation with Matlab/Simulink shows the weighted fuzzy-control algorithm has better performance and robustness than PID control.
