Abstract :
Full compatibility of SC (switched-capacitor) filters with VLSI processes has been demonstrated. To this end, the conditions for linear charge and voltage processing have been derived. Considerations on the precision of the transfer function coefficients and on the alternatives for capacitor implementations show the feasibility of high-precision, low-distortion SC filters integrated in any digital MOS process
