Abstract
The University of Hawaii Medical School has begun a project to develop a curriculum in the use of telemedicine. The curriculum itself is to be made available via telecommunications technology. It is our supposition that physicians and other health care professionals will only begin to use telemedicine successfully once they have had an opportunity to learn how to implement this technology
