Abstract :
Dependences of frequency modification and electronic tuning steepness of self-excited oscillator on basis of Gunn-effect diode is stabilized of partially shielded quasi-optical dielectric resonator on binary aqueous solutions concentration of acetone and ethyl alcohol are obtained. The relationships for the dielectric characteristics of absorbing medium estimation in the geometro-optical approach are obtained
