Abstract :
Problems of origination of a radiowave flow-meter complementary error are studied. A method of a matter flow rate measurement with simultaneous determination of its qualitative composition according to change of electrophysical parameters is proposed. Analysis of this method and the meter block diagram as apart of its realization is carried out
