Abstract :
A simulation method is proposed to compare the performances and limitations of various methods used in the computation of the four noise parameters. The results given prove that the proposed method compares rather well with the classical approach of J.Q. Lane (1969). The proposed method was more accurate than Lane´s approach for computing the two-port four noise parameters
