Abstract :
Dependence has been experimentally measured between power levels of thermal EM self-radiation of quartz ceramics and its density at a fixed chemical composition. This research may be used as the basis for developing a nondestructive technique of testing density parameters of quartz ceramics during manufacture of radio transparent heat-resistant radomes from inorganic materials
