Abstract :
Grounded in this paper is numerical-analytical algorithm for research of efficient complex dielectric permeability of fine-dispersed environments in microwave band on the basis of strict electrodynamic proportions. Conditions of modelling and posing of practical measurements at which both components of complex dielectric permeability of structurally non-uniform objects have weak contribution of non-local part of interaction are described
