Abstract :
The author presents a novel approach for synthesizing behavioral models of nonlinear circuits, especially for creating behavioral models of drivers or receivers, in circuit simulation to overcome the problems of known methods and to substantially duplicate the natural behavior of complex nonlinear circuits. New driver and receiver models can be generated with this method by extending the subcircuit library. Simulation results show the accuracy of the models
