Abstract
The rejection of environmental disturbance one by one based on RAT+FRFT+IFRFT can avoid masking effect of strong interference on weak interference, and exactly appraising the environmental interference; In addition, the generation of system basis function is suggested in order to completely eliminate the spectrums of the environmental interference, based on multi-jams deleted and sub-basis functionspsila multiplying in transform field . These sub-basis functions which are generated by the precise estimation of every jam are orthogonal with each corresponding jam. Such design of the basis function enables TDCS to gain the resilience against interferences and great adaptation to the environment.
