Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The paper used stepwise regression method to quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of China´s capital flight scale. The results showed that: the financial deficit, balance foreign debt, interest rate differential between the United States and China, the situation of financial repression (the sign was to the contrary of theoretical expectations) and foreign direct investment promoted the development of China´s capital flight. In which the IRD was the most significant factor to promote capital flight. Inflation rate (the sign was to the contrary of theoretical expectations), foreign exchange reserves and economic growth rate have played an inhibitory effect on capital flight. Economic growth rate was the most affected factor.
