Abstract
The task of the present work is to consider properties of a bio-object (cenose) as a receiver of electromagnetic radiation being longly irradiated and functioning at various irradiation modes and on the basis of the received results to offer the approach for search of optimum (safe) spectral structures of an irradiation. In the report the substantiation of energy-spectral bio-object interrelation as a whole is submitted as transceiver of electromagnetic radiation. Advantage of MM range frequency is shown comparison with low frequency and optical radiation. The data are cited on hardware and medical realization of the submitted methodical approaches to biocenose research as radiowave transceiver
