Abstract
In the DCM flyback based PV micro inverter, the output filter can cause a significant phase lag of the output current due to its lack of output current controller. To get higher power density and power conversion efficiency, the output filter should be in front of the unfolding bridge. However, in case of the filter is in front of the unfolding bridge, the output current lag can cause the current distortion at vicinity of the zero-cross point of grid voltage. In this paper, the output current phase lagging compensation method in case of the filter is in front of the unfolding bridge is proposed.
